View Full Version : President Dubya

Good ol' Dubya was reported today to have suffered facial injuries after fainting yesterday.
The story goes that he was watching a football game (The American variety) when he suddenly got a pretzel lodged in his throat.
He fainted and he presto, facial injury.
Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. I've often been laid on the sofa munching on a salty snack when I've been overcome with emotion and passed out, only to come round with sores on my face. Could happen to anyone.

He had a big bruise and a cut lip. I would have to try very hard indeed to get that from falling off the sofa. Is his carpet made of barbed wire?
I think he was punched or something.
Or maybe he walked into a door. Woudn't put it past him :dunce:

Just an after-thought.
Someone that can't manage to eat a snack without fainting and doing himself an injury, is expected to run the worlds biggest economy, free the world of terrorists and defend the USA and it's friends from nuclear attack.
Is anyone else worried ?

I think Mr BluesUSA (not eligible to vote and a sworn enemy of Mr Bush) might have something to say on that matter...

I am not eligable to vote in US elections, being a British Ex-pat. My wife is American and did vote. She, however, voted with the majority. Not for the F#ckwit that's in power.

It seems now that Dubya is confident that the CIA will be able to link the pretzel manufacturer to Osama Bin Laden. So the incident has now been classified as an assasination attempt.
