This England team WOULD win the world cup 2002 (If we made it there)

They'd have all had 2 years to mature and there is no doubt in mind that this team would be good enough by then to win the world cup...asuming we can qualify!

And my point is that That team is amazing and if we played it now we'd do very well, in 2 years time it'd be unstopabble. But's it gonna be hard to qualify for the world cup, having already dropped 5 points from 2 games, and if we don't put out a decent team like that!

You wont win the World Cup with that team or any other team coz when England start churning out 'decent youngsters' the Brazilians, Argentinians, Italians, French and Dutch are churning out far more and far better 'decent youngsters' and so you are always behind them in terms of quality.
