Recently I've decided to improve my diet. Not in a big way, but just trying to make sure I include plenty of veg in my meals, and try and cut down all the rubbish foods.
Anyway, as I was looking for healthy things to cook on the net, I came across this...

How the **** is that even possible? I would have thought that even if you ate nothing at all for 4 days you wouldn't lose that kind of weight!

Chopping an arm off..
Looks like one of those "Cabbage Soup" style diets, the weight will surely get put back on again soon, you don't burn fat that quickly unless you're running daily marathons.

There are some strange diets around.
Losing weight is about what you eat. Eating nothing at all is the worst thing you can do. Apparently to lose weight you shouldn't eat meat and potatoes in the same day. On the Slimming World Diet, a red day is a day where you can eat as much meat as you like, but NO potatoes and a green day is eating as many potatoes/starch as much as you like but NO meat. It does work.

Load of sh1t. Just go to your local gym, and start snacking on fruit and veg instead of crisps/chocolate. Cut your portions down a bit but still eat the same type of stuff, the variety helps you to lose weight, and if you want to tone eat stacks of fibre and little carbohydrates.
