Try being 40, that'll make you want to turn back the clock
I can't remember feeling like you when I was 19. I was looking forward to travelling, getting my own house, having kids etc.
Now I do feel like Im getting old and I would love to re-live my youth again and have some of the fun times I enjoyed. Anyone else make rose petal perfume??!!
Im enjoying my life now though, so its not all bad

I'm only 26, but I miss being about 14 again. Not a worry in the world, 6 weeks holiday from school to do what the hell you like.
20 a side football matches on the park, kick off about dinner-time, full time whistle sometime just after 8pm.
I miss em......

I miss Saturdays as a kid....
Swap Shop, Football Focus - then off to see Fulham play in the days of the old Division 2 and then back home to watch 'Metal Mickey, The Full Guy, Larry Grayson's Generation Game, Juliet Bravo', 3-2-1, Starsky & Hutch and Match of The Day with Jimmy Hill and Bob Wilson'.
If Fulham were not at home I'd be playing subuteo with my mate or off to the swimming bars but home in time to watch Big Daddy belly flop Rollerball Rocco on ITV Wrestling

I always wanted to grow up, but wouldn't mind going back now. Miss hanging around outside playing football and hide and seek. Had less to worry about back then too.

I'm 22 but already feel ancient. The best age is definitely 17/18 I really didn't appreciate them enough just wanted to get old.

Agree with the huge footy matches, and being carefree.
I'm only 16 but even miss being 12-14. I used to get excited about the prospect of all types of things, holidays, etc. Now it's all repetitive it seems. :(
I just hope the next few years are great.

Yes they were good times, but it's all the past. I try not to think about it and concentrate on the present.
Now all I'm interested in are girls, which when I was younger I couldn't give a shit about.

I'm 38 now and wish I could go back 25-30 years. You didn't have a care in the world (or so it seemed).
It was just an altogether happier time.

You lot are deluded, I can honextly tell you that the best decade of your life is\was 25-35 unless you were\are stupid enough to f*ck your life up by getting pregnant or getting someone else pregnant.
People who say school days were the best of their life obviously never went to a proper city school like i did 1,750 kids in one large block - it was like vietnam at times fighting for your life.
Bollocks to that give me my job and a salary anyday of the week - at least i can go to the pub if i've had a bad day.

I'm 18 and cannot wait for my next few years at Uni... Hopefully will do a bit of travelling too when I can afford it.
My friend Mitch from one of my classes travelled for a year last year (hes 19) and some of the stories and things he's seen make me want a bit of that!!
