a girls just split up with a boyfriend after being with him for a long time shes emotional, vunerable and needs someone to chat to, would you use this to your advantage as you are attracted to her, or would you do the honourable thing and be there for her but only as a friend?

Option 2.
Don't do anything just yet. It's a big kick in the teeth, especially when they've been together for as long as you say.

the girl was aware yes but i think she went to him as a friendly face more than anything else but he has used what he knew and how vunerable she was to his advantage

Don't do nothing mate, give it time, let her regain her composure. She's obviously gonna be very upset. Be there for her as a friend for now, and see what happens after.

right let me clarify it isnt me but a friend who has already kissed her but i think he should stop and give her time as shes only 19 but was with this guy for 3 years and is all emotional at the minute as it does put alot of risk of the friendship they have

I'd shag her.... and keep on for a few days..... but not long enough so that she gets emotionally attached to me.

I'm not a strong willed person so i'd do option 1, although option 2 is the right thing to do.

Been there on many occasions and would do the honourable thing and just be there for her as a friend.

That is also a possibility, but always treat her like a lady.

Option two. The first one isn't right.

What is right and what is wrong when it comes to emotion? :confused We are not talking about murder or theft here, are we? Just do whatever your heart tells you to do.

Defo not. I wouldn't make a move at all. Be a friend and she will make her own mind up when shes ready.

Option 1 because if 'your friend' doesnt then someone else will.
