Over the ****ing weekend my computerss picked up some crap that everytime I turn the thing on it loads up windows and then gives me the message that theres some internal error and windows will restart etc to sort it. The computer then restarts and loads windows no probs. Anyway it does this everytime the computers turned on which in itself is a pain in the @rse but yesterday I had MAJOR trouble getting onto MSN. At times it said MSN was too busy which it sometimes is on Sundays other times it was failing to sign me in and saying to check if I was actually connected to the internet!!! I put this down to MSN being overloaded as Sundays it seems the whole world goes online.
Anyway ive just come home from work now only to have to go through the same rubbish of restarting my PC to find my MSN is still on the blink. Anyone else experiencing probs? :(

I used to get the windows thing, Wooz.
I just ended up 'ctrl alt and deleting' the error box, so i didnt have 2 restart it.
Been alright lately though..

MSN was on the blink yesterday between about 5 and 9pm, i didnt manage to get online till about 9!

MSN has been a real bitch to get into for a few days now. I'm also getting that retarded message re: internet connection.

Phew! For a minute there I thought all that porn ive been downloading had damaged my computer! Well you hear stories about viruses and worms dont ya?

I had that windows error thingy, somehow i got rid of it TWICE. I think it is some kind of virus due to the fact when u restart it will reset all your settings cos the computer thinks you have a registry error or something.
As for comp probs, i installed XP on a new HD on sat and today i went to uni but came back to find when my comp is about to go into windows it turns off and restarts!
Some electric ppl had came to our flats and simply turned all the power off without any notice which pissed a lot of us cos we have cable modems (i.e. always on etc). Somehow ive sorted my comp after about 4 hours by reinstalling on another HD and using that to boot from. STRESS!!:mad: :mad:
