I rarely eat breakfast at home as there is a canteen at work and I wait for the morning break.
Breakfast usually consists of museli, normally alpen no-added sugar, orange juice and coffee. Sometimes toast. I'm not a big eater in the mornings.
Favourite cereals - Museli, Wheatabix and Porridge
...

dont eat at home in the mornings because i'm too lazy and stay in bed for as long as possible.
there's a canteen/cafeteria thing in our common room where these 2 women cook food for the 250 odd 6th form lads. so at mornin break i have sausage on toast with plenty tomato sauce

I'm so hungry in the morning there's no way I could go without breakfast. I usually have a couple of bowls of cereal, a few slices of toast/fresh bread from bakers, and a pint of tea.
