To qualify you must have/be:-
1) age'd 12-16
2) Own at least one item of fake burberry clothing
3) Have your cap positioned AT LEAST 45 degrees
4) Drink cider
5) Own you very own scooter
6) Have sex with 11 yr old girls
7) Hang around shop/street corners
8) Own at LEAST two keepers rings
9) Be a ****.
