I saw Ab. Fab, this week for the first time in quite a while.

What utter sh*te it has become, if ever a 'Comedy' was past its sell by date it's this one ~ how long has it been so bad ?

I never saw much attraction in it in the first place Stret, but having watched a couple of recent episodes I agree its now total pants.

I only half agree with you on this one Slim.....whilst Ab Fab is indeed pants, at one time it was head and shoulders above most other British sitcoms. The same can also be said about the dull and very tedious latter series and Xmas specials of Only Fools and Horses.....both great sitcoms in their day but they've had their day and the humour is now quite dated and irrelevant IMO.

Agreed about Ab Fab, i used to like it but i've seen a couple of episodes recently and its complete shite.

Can't agree about only fools and horses - i enjoyed the episode last christmas.

Nahh.....the one thing which carried Fools & Horses over the years was John Sullivan's brilliant scriptwriting because, let's face it, David Jason and Nicky Lyndhurst are not the best actors in the world. I just thought Sullivan's ideas dried up in the last special and the script, plot and characters' lines were totally predictable. Still up there among the greats, though.
