any good ways of trying to quit smoking?

i've tried nearly everything in the last 6 months or so but nothing seems to work :(

almost gettin to the point when you start to give up giving up

anyone know that feeling?

no and to be honest, never really considered it...things i have tried however include: nicotine gum, patches mainly 'orthadox' methods if that's what you want to call them

Go to your GP and ask to try ZYBAN. It worked for me!! It's a drug you start taking while still smoking then after 3 to 7 days you'll start to not want a ciggy then double the dosage (2 tabs a day). The course of tabs is for 7 to 8 weeks, but i stopped taking them after 6.

get a clear jar with a lid

put about an inch of water in it

then flick a weeks worth of ash and butts into it

then give up.

when you feel like smoking again look at that jar, at the rank brown water, the same rank brown watery substance you leave in your lungs with every fag.

if thats not enough open the jar and take a good snorter.
