1) How many hours of sleep on average do you get each day (or night)?
2) Do you think you get enough sleep on a regular basis? (I know this is a stupid question) :p
3) What wakes you up in the morning (or whenever)? Alarm clock? Noise from outside? Your mom/spouse/bedmate? Or do you wake up on your own?
4) Assuming you would like to have more hours of sleep, what late-night activity(ies) would you be willing to sacrifice?

4) Wanking That's a catch-22 there as w*nking actually helps get you asleep.

1...7/8 hours
2...During the week no, but make up for that at weekends
3...An elbow jab to the ribcage
4...Watching TV series in VO which French cable so kindly put on after midnight..
Working in retail my hours of work do vary from day to day...so it don't have any fixed hours for sleep...for instance I could finish at 21.00 and have to back in at 9.00 the next morning...after getting home eating and spending some time on the net it could be 3.00 in the morning...so I'd have only about 4 hours sleep...

I usually need my 8 hours worth but sometimes its difficult to nod off when theres a lot on your mind!
I seem to have a built in alarm waking up at the same time roughly even at weekends - and if I don't wake up the kids usually wake me up!!!! :(

As it happens i havent been feeling too great at the moment, so I had 12hours last night, and feel really good for it.
Dont usually get much sleep though. Had interupted sleep on Monday night due to people ringing our doorbell at all hours and Tuesday I had about 4hrs sleep.
If i need to get up for a lecture I use my alarm to get me up, although when I have late lectures I still get woken up early because I forget to unset it

I usually have about 9 hours each day and it's usually my alarm that wakes me up for my tutorials. Don't bother with lectures.

1. Varies from over 12 (during days when its quiet) to as little as 4 depending on drunkards outside, playing goldeneye, being pissed etc. I'm always last to bed soon as my room is the one next to the lounge whereas everyone else is through the hall.
2. No and I suffer for it usually, always needed more than average.
3. Alarm clock or people playing music too loud.
4. Same as stret really, channel 5 skiing or some shit.

1) How many hours of sleep on average do you get each day (or night)?
About 6 normally
2) Do you think you get enough sleep on a regular basis? (I know this is a stupid question)
Definitely not, but sometimes I do have a long siesta in the afternoons on my days off
3) What wakes you up in the morning (or whenever)? Alarm clock? Noise from outside? Your mom/spouse/bedmate? Or do you wake up on your own?
Alarm clock on days I have to go to work. Sundays or days off I just wake up when I have had enough sleep, normally around 11am.
4) Assuming you would like to have more hours of sleep, what late-night activity(ies) would you be willing to sacrifice?
