I KNOW I'M A BIT SLOW OFF THE MARK BUT HAS ANYONE SEEN HANNIBAL??

Yeah I saw it in the cinema, quality film, but not for the faint of stomach!! Can be a bit gory in places but still an excellent film! Well worth buying I'd say

The book is vastly superior. I'd advise reading that first. It has a totally different and must more interesting ending.

Personally i thought hannibal wasn't anything great, if u can get it for a reasonably cheap price it might be worth it but don't go out to spend a lot on it

I enjoyed the film at the cinema, as Ji said, very gory. I heard that they cut loads of bits out from the book which is disapointing. I wouldn't spend too much on buying it. You'll probably be able to get it on budget in a few months!

Both the book and the film are crap.
The ending to the book is, as Joao says, different, but equally implausible.

nah - the book is waay better than the film but i dnt particularly like either.
and i agree wiv ji that the book is always better than the film, with one exception - the green mile. usually u cant take a stephen king and get a film anywhere near how good the book is (like 'it' for example), but they've done wonders with the green mile! :D

Havent read the book, but the film was mediocre.
It was gory for the sake of being gory, had no style to it. I wouldnt spend a tenner or so on it, just get a CD instead.

Nope I haven't seen Crouching Tiger but Hannibal was quite a good film.Might buy the dvd soon myself.:)

Haven't seen the film of Hannibal but the book was awful, especially when compared to Silence OTL and Red Dragon. It was very obviously written to be a 'film'. I hated it!
Crouching Tiger is very good, but its still no Lost Boys!

crouching tiger is decent enough, some good effects in it, maybe worth a buy
