How Much Sleep Do U Need?

However, since entering the real world, 8 hours is a must!

All depends on the night before. Friday night was a heavy one and as a result i slept from 2 am to 2 pm same as saturday night. On a usual night i usually sleep 8 hours though.

in a normal week i'll sleep bout 7 hours a nite - 12:30 til 7:30, but then I'm always knackered. Howver on a Thursday when I've got college in the morning its bad coz I get bout 3 hours maximum then - ad out the same ona Friday. Tehn a loooong sleep Saturday night usually. I don't even know wot a Sunday morning ooks like any more! :D

How can anyone lay and fester in their pit? Even after allday benders on Saturday's I'm always up and about by at the latest 11:00 and down the Bluebird for brekkie.

Oh Jesus. You're one of these clowns who tells people "you're missing the best part of the day". I'm happy to get up for Footie Focus on a Saturday if there's no pressing reason to get up. As for Sunday 5/6pm's not unknown if the previous nights been very heavy. :smokin:

I like to get 9 hours sleep a night. Between Mondays and Wednesdays, I'm usually asleep anytime between 10.30 and 12.30pm till 7.30am. Every other day of the week I get up any time between 9 and 11-ish.

It seems the older I get, the more peep I need. When I was about 14/15 I used to goa bed every night at at least 3AM !

When my girlfriend stays round I don't peep at all, she fidgits around all night and nicks the quilt off me
