And then i've got to go to the game for a 12.45 kick off. :angryfire

That sounds lovely but since you are working and I already have plans, maybe we could make it another night?

I have three options this year:
1. A house party, BYO and plenty of booze.
2. A rodeo out in the country. Some talent will be there, including a bird that I've been working on.
3. Catching up with a mate from out of town and having a night out on the town.
Option one would probably be the most exciting. I prefer house parties than going out to pubs on NYE anyway.
Option two will be a bit different, won't leave me hungover the next morning and give me a chance of picking up.
Option three means I'm basically catching up with an old drinking buddy, and this person would probably be disappointed if I didn't catch up.
Hard decision, but I may have to go for option three. Probably not worth dropping a good mate for some chick.

Yeah, I tried that but he doesn't want to go. He's excited about going out on the town because he moved away to another town and is back visiting and so wants a big one in his home city.

I was going to go to 'Trash City' ska/punk thing they have once a month at the Cavern (Hop & Grapes to you Baz) but the mate I've arranged to stay in town with is going to some disco thing up the club so I'll have to go there instead.
I'll not have much to drink as I have to get up early to drive to Hereford the next morning.

I have changed my mind.
An old mate of mine phoned up last night saying she is going to the pub with her parents so i am going and walking home from the pub with my mum and everyone in the middle of the night.

Sounds good. I can give them empty champagne bottles which they can house their families in. Remember the poor aren't just for Christmas, they're for New Year too.
