I have made a sensible thread.

I used to be a really good handwriter at school but years of scrawling using a biro instead of the old fountain pen have degenerated my writing into crap nonsense. Can hardly read it myself sometimes during exams when I'm scribbling.

The worst I have ever come across was my maths prof last year. No wonder I failed the module, check it out attached. You can post something in reply if you want about your writing.

Part of my job involves reviewing old goverment files and i think that civil servants must have the worst handwriting in the world. How am i supposed to decide whether a file should be withheld from the public if i can't read the damn writing on it! :mad:

I'd like to repeat that it is not my handwriting which I posted, that is a screenshot of a .pdf from my maths prof in first year.

I went to an old-fashioned school with strange rules such as having to use a fountain pen.

I'm left-handed so only succeeded in smudging the ink right across the page so had to alter my writing style.

My handwriting's gone steadily downhill since then and now even I can't read it.
