Lap top help needed asap

I got a floppy disc stuck in me mums lap top part of it is coming out the where the silver thing on the disc is stuck how do i get it out.

Try gently pressing the draw back in a bit and manipulating it, alternatively ...

VERY carefully use a safety pin to hook into the gap an pull the draw open ... DON'T force it.

If necessary eject the whole floppy drive from the laptop casing and free it that way
