are to be found in Oldham, with the least intelligent in Rochdale. Strange to see two places so close get such differing results.
Good to see Scarborough in 2nd, but it's only to be expected with excellent drivers like James_F on the roads (he only has his accidents in Essex) ;)
Anyone else experience places with particularly good or bad drivers (except London as that goes without saying)

London is the worst, you almost have to force yourself in the lane everytime because they are that arrogant they would leave you in the middle of the road trying to switch lanes.

"The eBay motoring intelligence test also found Bentley and Aston Martin owners have the lowest IQ, with classic Triumph drivers scoring top. "
This is because they are all footballers.

Since when has knowing all the stopping distances or the meaning of obscure road signs ever made anyone a better driver?!

Good point. I was watching Top Gear a few days ago and the point was made that according to the Highway Code stopping distance at, say 100 mph, was for the sake of argument 300 yards but, a Porsche GT3 or some Ferrari or another could stop in less than half that distance.

My L reg Clio can beat those breaking distances. They're well out of date I think - weren't they made in the 70s?

Exactly.
When they were written cars had drum brakes, cross ply tyres and no ABS or traction control, they're decades out of date.

I tend to find that the majority of people that Live in Alderley Edge (Posh Twats in BMWs, Porsches and Mercs) are absolutely crap at driving and think they have a good given right of way and the ability to pull out whenever they wish!

It's not a chip on the old shoulder, i was in London last week, and i was sitting in the middle lane for at least 2 mins because no ****er would let me in so that i wouldn't hold traffic up. I had practically had to put my nose in before someone even thought of letting me go.
