I don't think anyone wants to win the league this season?

Crazy, doesn't anyone wanna win the league this season, time after time this season each of the top four have had chances to close the gap or pull away, yet not taken it. Its boiling down to the tightest finale ever if you ask me, even Villa could creep into the fight.

Just watching Chelski then, they were poor, West Ham could easily have taken all three points.

Second time this season all of the "big 4" have failed to win. If Carlton Cole wasn't the worst striker in the world, Chelsea would have even lost. Strange season.

Personally, after those two misses, I'm guessing he's still on Chelski's books.

I must say I'm a bit annoyed that some of the media are still sying we are in the title race.

if we are, so are Villa.
Imagine buying a very good player which in turn funds a deal which sees a rival losing their BEST player. Imagine...Did you imagine?

Now imagine doing it 2 summers in a row.....

You are now, ours and Chelsea's failure to get results at home in recent weeks has closed it all back up again. If you beat us next week you're defo still in it, but if we beat you I'd say maybe not.

It's nice to see it so tight coming towards Christmas. I still fancy United, but I wouldn't write off any of the big 4.

Villa won't be in the race this year though.

    Cheers, Speakers

What do you mean "Creep into"? We're in it mate

Seriously though, it's results like this Chelsea one today which make me think that this might just be Liverpool's year - every time they slip up, their rivals have as well.

It's definitely been a very unpredictable season so far!

Works both ways though mate, when our rivals have slipped up, we've failed to capitalise, like last week when we played West Ham on the Monday.

I am quietly confident we will.

2 out of 2 against the top 4 so far this season. But so are you.....

we all know how it will look

    chelsea
    united
    liverpool
    arsenal
    villa

chelsea and united have far more class than liverpool and it will show after 38 games. arsenal are too inconsistent

No digs at Arsenal, but they are 8 points behind with no games in hand, I don't see Arsenal going on a run whilst the others slip up, although I'm not ruling it out. Arsenal to finish 4th comfortably though.

United's game in hand, not to mention the fact they're ****ing off to Japan and not playing again until boxing day, could be interesting if United can keep up the pressure and win those games in hand.
