Gary Roberts, now you’re talking. Could cross a ball.

Only know Pilkington really from his Norwich days but always seemed a decent player at this level. Seemed a bit of a cocky sod too, which we could do with.

Hope we get him but not holding my breath.

Pilks would be a class signing, I’d take him back next season for sure!

Maybe I was a bit harsh on Quaner in my previous post - he will certainly give you 100% every game. But that’s all I can say really, as said before he does attack the opposition defences but he has no idea what he’s doing, which in turn means the defender doesn’t do it can work in his favour....if that makes sense?

I see a few of your fans saying he will give you some presence, especially in the air because of his size. I can guarantee you now he won’t on both accounts, he’s soft as shite and ducks lower than his body when he does go to head the ball.

As stated though, he will always have a hero status for that run against Wednesday in the play-offs...apart from that we was always just wondering how the hell is this guy a footballer!?

    Best of luck Super Col!

I've never seen him head a ball. That isn't an exaggeration, just the truth. Ridiculous for someone of his height

    Pritchard wins more headers

Do you think you will get to 20 points?

Seriously doubt it unless we make some good signings this window which looks very unlikely

As long as we get more than Derby's 11 points I'll be happy

Looks like we might be screwing over Accrington this window.

Close to signing Ripley and now rumours we've tabled a bid for Callum Johnson, their right back.

We've received loan offers from Dinamo Moscow and Alanyaspor for Nouha Dicko, alongside other unnamed clubs. He isn't happy here thus he'll be off.

Dicko and Keane aren't a loss by any means but we certainly need another forward now. Campbell is prone to niggles which would leave us with Chris Martin as our only out-and-out forward when he isn't available.Bowen can play there but he's better on the wing.

Too bad that forward in mind seems to be Ashley Fletcher! For once the Allams not wanting to pay wages is actually a good thing.

New Zealand goalkeeper Stefan Marinovic is on trial here for...some reason? Oh wait it is most likely because Marshall's out of contract in the summer and his wage needs to be off the books for the Allams. Silly me. Marinovic is contracted to Vancouver Whitecaps right now.

Pilkington going to Wigan. Typical. Hope we’ve got other options.

May we interest you in James Weir? He's not a winger but he's mint. He's only 23 and proven his worth by playing 8 senior matches.

Marinovic could be a decent move, but makes me wonder why they bothered buying George Long if they're gonna get another keeper.
Im assuming they have a list of strikers lined up to replace Dicko, whether they get another Niasse or another Will Keane, we'll have to wait and see.

May have a list but if their wage demands are too high they are then removed until no one of value is left.

Because Marshall will most likely be on his bike come summer's end. He's still on his Premier League contract which upsets the ****s. Long and a new goalkeeper will end up being our two choices next season. Mannion and Burton don't seem to be getting any interest from Adkins, despite him stating the opposite before.

Pilks was really underrated at Norwich, 2 great feet. As for his lack of heading ability, he did score a peach of a header vs Man Utd back in 2012 I think. Glad that one didn't work out for Paul Lambert.

Lewis Baker joins Reading on loan. He and Kasey Palmer seem to be at a new Championship club every 6 months. Overhyped an/or attitude problems?

Baker is just bog standard I’m afraid. One of those who has been completely stifled by Chelsea’s youth system and is now destined for complete mediocrity.

Sounds ideal. Is he likely to get injured? If so, you’re on.

Panic over, we’ve signed Simon Dawkins instead. Phew.
