Winning the Fa Cup was absolutely massive for Leicester fans. Which makes the disdain for Rodgers even more baffling.

It depends on the club that wins it, that was Leicester’s first FA cup win so it undoubtedly represents a great achievement.

They’re a much better team than Wigan were but on merit leicester winning the cup is more akin to Wigan lifting the FA cup than it is an Arsenal side on the decline winning it a few times

What the hell are you talking about winning the FA Cup is one of the biggest things a club can do, i'd happily take relegation and an FA Cup win

If we'd have beaten Man United in 2015 I genuinely wouldn't care if we were in League 2 right now.

Same - think most clubs would?

Edit to say, most clubs fans on the whole would.

Areta won it for Arsenal, gets zero credit. Rodgers recently has won it for Leicester and fans want him out. That's what I mean.

For the record, I would as well. Win the league and get in the prem, or get relegated and win the cup? Win the cup all day long.

There’s only 1 Leicester fan on here who wants him out.

Arsenals fanbase is largely made up of entitled plastics and tarquins that moved to london. I don’t think they’re a particularly good yardstick

TBH The media seem to want Areta out as much as the fans - well till their recent little run.

They had the Wenger days - got rid of him and found the grass isn't always greener.

    Another warning for many clubs.

I'd argue the opposite with Arteta.

They've finished 8th twice under him in the league which is way below Arsenal's standards. I think the FA Cup success is the only thing that has saved his job tbh.

I think he's right to be under pressure but he's got that little bit of credit from the trophy that he's won. If he'd lost that final I think he'd have been sacked before now.

Who could Arsenal realistically get to replace him these days though?

Feels like they're stuck with him for a project that might blossom and by then they can consider replacing him. But they're in a weak spot and are a midtable club. So they'll likely attract a midtable manager.

Truth is they should have stuck it out with Emery.

From what i've read we were really poor today. We're missing a few players, but so were the saints so it's no excuse.

This is it, they have spent alot of money under Arteta as well so a big name like Conte will be out of the question as they won't be much spending money left.

They will have to hope the recent run against mostly very poor teams by the way aren't just papering over the cracks. Obvious replacement candidates would be Tan-Hag, Potter and Rodgers but Arsenal would be reluctant to pay out hefty compo also.

It was closer to the edge of the 6 yard box.

Sargent seems like a fun player but we're absolutely in for a few more unexplainable moments like that I feel.
