I know the game isn't for a couple of weeks yet but I've just seen that we've only been allocated 500 tickets for this game.

Is that the away capacity for Accrington ? I was hoping to go to this but as I'm no longer a season ticket holder I'm not sure I'll be able to get a ticket

Yeah, annoys me when others do it to us. Plus I think there capacity is like 1,700 so there should be enough.

Are they not renovating the stadium? Could be to do with that maybe?

They'll be losing out on some money if the away end is only 500 now. Donny on the Saturday and then us in the cup Tuesday.

Got my ticket sorted. Not sure how it'll go. I had a good feeling about this season until all the injuries, so I'm not so sure now.

Not seen any pre-season so I don't know whether the new players are any good. I suspect Tommy Rowe and Andy Williams will be key players.

Blair and Wright both look decent, same too for Marquis. Middleton looks like he's regressed which unfortunately sounds like he'll start on Saturday.

I thought Middleton was good against Newcastle though.

    I'd go with this todayl

    Etheridge
    Lund Wright Butler
    Blair Coppinger Middleton Evina
    Rowe
    Marquis Williams
Pretty strong league 2 side that even with so many out injured.

Awful stuff, not once last season did I question Fergie's role as gaffer because the club was a bit of a mess when he came in.

However, we still have exactly the same problems as last season being shite in defence and he still insists on the god awful back 5

We controlled large parts of the game today, we just can't defend.

Think it's time for Fergie to admit 352 doesn't work and knock it on the head.

Positives were Tommy Rowe, Matt Blair and John Marquis who all played pretty well.

Yeah it's just a bit of a joke that after signing his own defence up we still can't defend. He'll be gone within 10 games if he keeps up with the 3-5-2 it's ridiculous the players clearly aren't tactically aware enough to play that formation.

Rowe was always gunna be a positive he is going to be the best midfielder in this division by a mile, like the look of Marquis and Blair aswell they were good today

Huge amount of positives with one big negative, that defending. We gave that game away today. It will come.

Frustrating though as a decent away crowd didn't get a win.

    Also sunburn!!!
