    Not half!

He might end up a few inches taller when he's slim, after he comes out of his medieval punishment sessions.

I was at Alfreton on tuesday, and believe me, that picture doesn't do him justice. He is enormous.

It's understandable that Mido is so out of shape and not at all a surprise, his last appearance for Zamalek came six months ago. He's already shed some weight since signing and is well on course to achieve his goal of losing two stone before the Rochdale game. He's on a strict diet and intensive training regime. He's 6'2 so he's never gonna be stick thin. He's also an out and out striker so he's not exactly expected to be running the length and breadth of the field for ninety minutes. He cost us nothing and is more than likely on a modest wage compared to other strikers in this division, if he flops then so be it, it's not a big gamble on the clubs part.

In other news we've agreed on a fee for Jacob Butterfield with Norwich. A deal Don Rowing is very happy with believed to be an initial fee in excess of £1million with a sell on clause and international appearance fee (though I doubt we'll be collecting on the latter). Considering Norwich's first offer was £300k I'm quite happy with that and the money will be wisely invested by Hill I imagine.

Haven't come across anything regarding a Liverpool youth, but if he's as good as the last one we got off them then we're laughing.

Bloody hope so, had a look on BBS after I was here, Nathan Eccleston was also being mentioned a fair bit.

I wasn't too keen on it, it was too steep for my liking, but it's better than the Keapmoat, still like a building site on the outside. It felt rather gloomy/eery too.

Happy for Rothherham to be back in town though, better than the DVS by a long strech.

It's meant to be Toni Silva that's signed for Barnsley from Liverpool.

Tricky winger; was on loan at Northampton last season.
