Anyone watching this ? In comparison to the Chase it seems relatively easy to go home with the money in your back bin.

Yes I’ve been watching. It seems easier than the usual set up

I've etched every one so far. It's ok, bit of a different slant on the traditional afternoon chase.

Not really sure about the questions being easier. They get progressively harder and I haven't seen anyone build up a really large amou t of money yet in that first round.

I don't think it's the questions that are easier, but it's definitely easier to win money. At one point last night the contestant had a 19 second cushion on the Chasers, but then couldn't answer a question in 23 seconds.

It's clear the Chasers hamper each other at times as well, and I've seen The Beast make mistakes he wouldn't normally do when just trying to chase down a score.

I think it’s decent .. at least you know there is a better chance to take home money in this one. Although I do think people are greedy.

I didn't say the questions are any easier ,what I pointed to, was its simpler to go home with the money if you pick the correct no.of chasers aligned with the amount of seconds . I mean one guy last night had three choices of 40 secs all with different monetary gains ,yet he picked 5 chasers for 50,000 when he had the option of picking 3 chasers for 30,000. I thought it was complete madness on the guys part.

I'm enjoying this. Not sure that it's any easier as you're still relying on having a broad general knowledge to be able to answer enough questions on your own. It's shown many times how easy it is to panic after getting 1 or 2 questions wrong and suddenly your 20 second cushion over the chasers dwindles away and you're on your way home. Not forgetting the brutal start as well - if you don't get lucky with a question you know the answer to for the first one, you're on your way home before you even get a chance to face the chasers

Why? Because he hosts The Chase and another show based on The Chase?

    Oh aye, my bad.

There were a couple of people that should have pissed it last night tbf. Didn't one woman have about a 26 second advantage with the chasers down to their last few seconds and she still blew it. Just shows you really have to keep it together for the whole time.

Aye they're relying on people being greedy. You have to be good if you're only going to take a 5-10 second advantage, no matter what the money is.

I would probably think like you, take a 20 second advantage for a lower prize (but still a decent amount of money).
