Ah, I getya, was wondering what I'd done, thought for a second you were a closet bitter?
There’s no need for language like that ...
I thought the league cup was 15% but apparently it's only a 10% away allocation (obviously at club discretion if they want to give more)..West Ham appear to have received special dispensation to not give us the full 10% too.
Fingers crossed I get a ticket. Midweek and the fact we play them just before that might be enough.
Would hazard a guess that'll be on the advice of the MET and not the clubs to be honest.
Chelsea v Derby on Sky - hopefully the Derby from Man U will turn up - not the one since!
Also gone for Burton v Forest - due to the Nigel Clough links I guess.
Annoyingly had to sack off going to Leicester as the trains are a ballache, was really up for this one too as i love a cup run.
Good away day as well
Been looking at other options but they almost all get me home well after the tubes have stopped so i'd be having to night bus back from zone 6 with work the next morning, which isn't really doable.
I really don't understand why Leicester is such a transport black hole, most other places have trains running far later than 9:48pm, it's just weird.
In contrast I'll be going to West Ham!
Lower cutoff than I'd anticipated.
Just got my tickets, a bloody bargain at £15. Still not overly confident though.
Obviously we don't appreciate a load of rich southerners coming up here drinking our beer and shagging our women.
Never thought i'd say these words but i'm actually gutted i can't make it to Leicester. Not because i want to go to your provincial northern backwater you'll understand, but because i'm breaking my run of not missing a cup away game for six seasons
Northern? I've never been so insulted
is it ****, me duck, we don't wear flat caps, race whippets or put Ferrets down our trousers
That might be true, but on the other hand you're up north.
the clue is in the name you dozy twat we're the fecking midlands
The midlands is Winchester, you're up north.
listen, just because you're a second rate, budget Portsmouth no need to say hurtful things on the internet
Now, now, i'm not having a dig it's just a fact. You leave God's Own City and you see signs to Winchester, you get to Winchester and it's signs for The North. Ergo anything north of Winchester is the north.
Been going down to Southampton a bit recently, I'm pretty sure on the M271,M27,M3 and A34 it's all signposted for the Midlands.
