Well this L2 forum looks like quite a ghost town, so I'll get the ball rolling and hopefully some more fans will contribute. lol

This game is really big for both teams who are challenging for promotion, we made 7 new signings in January so we are serious about our promotion hopes and Exeter got a fine win over MK Dons at the weekend just gone so let's hope it's a cracking match and a win for the blues!

So I am going to go for a 1-0 win to Carlisle.

Thought Carlisle were struggling at the start of the season mate? Any reason for the upturn in form?

We have not really been struggling but we were in lower mid table for a month or so because we had quite a few injuries to key players and our new players we brought in over the summer needed time to settle in a bit more, but since December we have been in really good form and have won 8 out of 9 games.

    Steven Pressley is our manager.

So long may it continue. :)

Sounds good, have to say I was surprised to see you and Forest Green in the play offs!

What's happen to Notts County this year?

I assume Pressley presided over the mid-table 'slump'?

I don't now, it's really messed up how they run things there and it's about time they dropped out of the football league if you ask me.

The way they run their club is a joke. I feel sorry for their fans having to put up with incompetent owners.

Maybe, but they are heading out of the football league, it's not like they are just struggling to get into the Champions League. lol

Good loan move for our Connor Simpson at his age, hopefully he can get a decent amount of minutes and bag a few.

He has looked quite lively when he has played, wins a lot of headers and he took his goal well against Port Vale.

Cracking turn around by Carlisle as when we played them away they were hopeless. Our first 10 games we’d W1 D2 L7 and had just had 6 consecutive defeats when we went to Carlisle and won 1-0 and they barely had a shot all game.

I think that game kept Jolley in a job so it brings back happy memories as we’ve turned it around now. :)

Great our new signing Arthur Gnoua is out for the season with a hamstring injury, he just lasted 28 minutes against Port Vale.

    Sigh.

It’s nice to see one of the smaller clubs challenge, let’s see if Carlisle can keep it up!
