Our game at Chelsea was a dull waste of time for both sets of fans - the gulf in quality was as dramatic as you’d expect. A small preview of what Premier League life is like for Hudders, Cardiff et al vs the big sides.

Good performance for us yesterday at Old Trafford. Was expecting a 6 goal thrashing, but we played well and caused them several problems in the first half

Still showed off our clear problems, a couple of mistakes in defence and United scored twice despite attacking us too much. We got in behind and created several opportunities, players got nosebleeds around the penalty area, and so didn't any goals.

Really hope that's the last we see of VAR. Over two minutes to make a decision on their penalty, that is still debatable whether it was a goal. Had the game been played at the Madejski where there is no VAR then the first goal wouldn't have stood and perhaps the game could have turned out differently..

Looking forward to our annual cup tie. Would like to congratulate Leeds in advance for a progressing with their reserve team.

We must get harper into the first team, exactly the type of attacking midfielder we lack. So strong for a 18 year old. I hope he breaks into the starting 11 in the league.

Jonathan bond was good yesterday, looked better than sam Johnstone tbh who has been very dodgy so far

only chance of us getting a Local derby is if wolves knock out Liverpool

Feel sorry for Rotherham. No doubt they'll spout bollocks by saying "Rotherham won't see a player like x, so why not play them/put them on?"

Tottenham bringing on Kane when they're winning 0-6 to a League Two side.
Man City bringing on Sane when leading 4-0 at home to a Championship side.
Arsenal subbing off a kid for Lacazette when winning 0-2 to a League One side.

Reminder that these wankers want to ruin the lower leagues because they "can't" give minutes to the players they stockpile. They barely played any of them in cup games against lower league opposition!

Well they are more interested in winning the cup than the other 13 teams in the Premier league it seems.

    True.

Shame we're winning the cup so all their efforts are futile.

Well you're mid-table so like us probably got no reason not to try!

Mind you team we played today might have lost to a few Championship sides.

Thought our U23’s did well today. Hope QPR get a money spinning tie on the next round. Now let’s concentrate on the Derby game.

A few played really well. Don’t know about their ages but the keeper, Ayling and number four in midfield were probably your best players on the day. Alioski was great first half but didn’t do a lot in the second.

Thought a few struggled though. The bloke up front didn’t offer a lot. The kid who came on at HT got taken off. Didn’t notice him do much positively or negatively.

TBF we're still very much in the play-off race, but I see your point haha.
Least you'll be back to the best league in the World next season.

Think the keeper we played today had won a raffle, gifted Doncaster 2 goals on his first and probably last appearance for the club.

We played crap and looked very much like a patched up side missing its attacking players, defence was shit too with no confidence in the man behind them.

Annoying but with players coming back and three new signings on board, we might become competitive again.

Who on Earth was your keeper? Didn’t recognise his name but he was terrible

You were very underwhelming, the only time I was worried was when you had set pieces. Excellent day for us

Signed as third choice so we could send Hudson out on loan, released from Ipswich, first ever game aged 22 tells you all you need to know.

Yeah, one of the most disjointed performances i've seen in a long time. Glad most of them will be back on the bench/ stand soon.
