Fabinho will make his 50th app in all comps for the club on Sunday what a player he's been for us fantastic.

He’s special. Does his job superbly and often doesn’t get the recognition he deserves outside of us lot.

With a young inexperienced side, inexperienced manager, no Eden Hazard against the European Champions and already champions elect.

Of course you are clear favourites.

We dont play until Sunday fella ,so I'm traveling down with the lads later tonight ,for my first away of the season. The only downer is its my turn to be the designated driver  If Keita is fit enough for the bench then yes I'd throw him on for the last 30 mins ,a player of his caliber could open Chelsea up if we need a goal. Hopefully we wont need to utilize his services and the three points are in the bag courtesy of our triumvirate ,but if we need his guile to push for a winner then yes I would definitely use him.

Surprised to see predictions of a draw from Liverpool fans. Grow some balls. We're away but we're a far better team than Chelsea even if they didn't have injuries plus we have a manager who knows how to get results. We will win.

    1-3.

I’d say slight favourites but I’m a bit of a pessimist.

I actually predicted it might finish 2-3 in the PL Game, Salah could get on the scoresheet, Abraham will score for Chelsea...

Were you not saying we would be out of the title race when Alisson got injured in the first game of the season?

I'm confident of a result but a draw away at Chelsea wouldn't be a disaster, they smashed a decent Wolves side last week:shrug

And? Who gives a f**k. I'm not suggesting it's a gimme or that we're guarantees the win, but we have the better team, the better manager and are in far better form. I fully expect to win and predicted as much.

It was a shit post one afternoon when I'd been out on the piss. It's highly amusing how often it's brought up though.

I would be disappointed with a draw.

I agree with Gooner, Liverpool are clear favorites. Chelsea are missing Mount most likely and have a defense that has yet to really be tested. LFC pressing and the relentless attack will frustrate and breakdown the Chelsea defense.

Norwich last week are proof there are no bankers in this league and every fixture whether we are favourites or not should be taken as a serious threat.

I'd be ecstatic with a win. All the team can do is improve on results from last season - this is one of 8 fixtures where points were dropped.

Likewise, depending on the circumstances, I would be happy with a draw in this.

I’d feel more confident if our defence had looked more assured than it has.

I think there's plenty for us to exploit but we were run on on Tuesday and the question is our energy levels.

If they are without Mount then they shouldn't be too hard to deal with. Abraham is in decent form but there is no way van Dijk and Matip (or Gomez) should be struggling to deal with him imo.

It will be interesting to see if Chelsea start brightly (as they have been doing) but sink. Or if Liverpool just turn up and boss the game. We are the stronger side, but our away form against the top 6 has been shaky.

It feels like a huge test for both teams and the biggest game between the two sides in a while. (no I am not counting the bloody Super Cup )
