Home to Winchester. Probably about the best tie we could of got but still can't underestimate them but its the best chance we have had in a along time of getting in the first round.

Just reading that the lowest-ranked club are North East part-timers Dunston UTS. Dunston is the birth place of none other than Gazza. Their average crowds are 250, an adult season ticket costs £80 & the ground capacity is 2500. There opposition are Gateshead managed by ex Newcastle, Villa & Wednesday player Steve Watson. Gateshead are currently 7th in the National League but this is the cup so anything can happen. Will certainly be looking out for this result.

4 games live - some quite predictable and guess they've gone for Sunderland as the biggest ream in the competition at that stage:

    Friday 9 November 2018
Haringey Borough v AFC Wimbledon (7.55pm)
    Live on BBC Two

    Saturday 10 November 2018
    Maidenhead United v Portsmouth (12.30pm)
    Live on BT Sport 1

    Sunday 11 November 2018
    Port Vale v Sunderland (2.30pm)
    Live on BT Sport 1

    Monday 12 November 2018
Hampton & Richmond Borough v Oldham Athletic (7.45pm)
    Live on BT Sport 1

No idea if the BBC are showing their goals as they go in type programme on the Sunday - it is Armistice Day and they have rugby league on too.

Love the first round proper, I'll be groundhopping at North Street for Alfreton v Fleetwood.

Normally i support anyone playing the dirty skate c*nts but it's been so long since we had an actual derby to go to i want them to somehow muddle their way to the third round and draw us.

Same mate. We really need to pay back the favour from when we were in league one and they smashed us 4-1 :(

Haringey heartbreak - beaten by AFC Wimbledon in injury time with a deflected goal.

    All that effort for nothing!

Really harsh on them, they matched Wimbledon for most of the game

If we don't win today then our season is over. I'd even take a draw just so we're in the hat.... :hopefully:hopefully:hopefully

Difficult to see a tie like Stockport beating Yeovil as a giantkilling as Stockport are a bigger club and for most of history were a league club and Yeovil non league and renowned for a lot of scalps themselves in the cup. Fair play to them. Maidstone at home to Macclesfield was always more likely to be a home win given Macclesfield's season.

Fair point - even Salford and Barnet getting replays against struggling league One sides might not be a shock .

And Chorley are doing well in their league ..

Guiseley the main giant killers then ?
