Must be my memory going, just had a quick look on google and even ignoring films I’ve chosen before this is going to be tougher than I thought. Particularly putting them in order.

I would be livid if we weren't.
I squeezed two in the last decade list.

Akira and Grave of Fireflies in the last one.

I have three animated movies in my 90s draft list of 19. I have to cut out at least 9 movies.

It won't make my list. It's a great film, but it's one of those films where people only like it because the internet told them to, like Scarface, or Donnie Darko.

    How!?

Not really, as you've said it's a great film, because it's a great story with a fine cast, a credible script and likeable characters not because anyone claims it's a seminal cinematic experience?
No kids, no inclination to watch kids films. :shrug

Not watching something simply because it is animated is denying yourself enjoying some of the greatest films of all time.

I didn't say animated films though, I said kid's films.

Definitely having a bit of this.

Growing up in the 90s, I'll likely have a few kids/animated films in there.

Going through the films from the 90s, so many I had forgotten about. Some rubbish ones but I watched them so many times as a child, think I'll have to do a separate list just for those.

    Feeling very nostalgic.

Done mine but had so many that didn't quite make my top 10.

Me too. I just had to go for it in the end as I could have chopped and changed forever! So many good films left off! Stacked decade.

Basically it never appeared in anyone's favourite film list until the internet. The few fans it had gave it a good review on IMDb so it was always in and around the top spot, and so everyone suddenly had it as their favourite film.
