So far we've played trialists and kids against Newton Abbot Spurs and won 3-2 and lost 5-2 to Stoke Gabriel. The first team and a few trialists beat a mainly under 23 filled Bristol City 2-0 and then a mixture of all three lost 3-1 to Tiverton on Friday night.

We're still bringing in players so it may be we'll play the first league game with some people who don't know the names of the other guys in their own team. The win at Harlow was satisfying but only insofar as Harlow looked dispirited and disorganised. Nothing more than a practice kick-about in truth.
