    Say what you like, but Plan B - Who Needs Actions When You've Got Words? Is a ****ing brilliant album.

    Also like him or not, Prof Green is a solid enough rapper. He built his career out of battle rap so he's not just a pop star. No way he should be on the same list Flo 'Generic Pop Song Generator' Rida.

    Anyway;

    Best of all time; Pac, Biggie, Jay Z, Nas, Ghostface, Dre, Big Pun, Eminem, Snoop, Shyheim.

    Best Current; Kendrick >> Killer Mike, Pusha T, Lupe Fiasco, Chance The Rapper, Joey Bada$$, J Cole.

    Best British; Akala, Skinnyman, Lowkey, Klashnekoff, Dizzee, Kano, Tony D.

    However for me the, the most underrated rapper ever is Ludacris. Been dropping classics since 2000 and still coming up with some of the best punchlines out there. "Gangs in my hood make you reverse, and change your color like the block's playin' Uno"

    His verse on elevators is still one of my favourite ever.

    honourable mention to kool g rap and big daddy Kane and nas and all that lot. My favourite ever hip hop act outkast. (yeah I know they're a duo) but. Andre and big boi work so well together, add to the creativeness and originality of pretty much every single one of they're albums and they can't be beat imo. Aquemini will always be favourite album of any genre. They're earlier and later efforts are close behind.

    No matter what you think of him (personally think he's a cretin), he can rap...

    Luda definitely got punchlines for days. The forest Whittaker line was brilliant.

    I'm with Kiz, I was a young lad in the 80s, so grandmaster flash and doug e fresh and slick rick was my kind of hip hop, that was before I became an LSD taking **** head and started going to Acid house warehouse parties, then I found Ecstasy and moved on to hip house and house and the sunrise raves, the good old days, long hair, kickers, my old man calling me a clown, but my pals and me thinking we were the coolest cats on the manor.
