Wow, they lost 2-0 to West Ham?

They seem to be getting worse and worse day by day...

This really can't be the team which humbled Chelsea 4-0, they've only won 2 games against Leicester and Astana (lol) by just one goal since then, but I don't think that a new manager would fix their problems...

3 or 4 transfer windows according to Neville

It's one thing to give a manager time to sort out the mess. However you need it to be the right manager. If Solksjaer had spent his career anywhere else he'd be nowhere near that job.

The problem is that whoever Woodward replaces him with is guaranteed to also not be the right manager...

They still need a DoF more than anything. It's a rebuilding job there, and it's essential that Woodward is kept out of it.

They need to sack woodward first.

De gea getting the deal he did in the form he is showing is a joke. That's player power for you.
Maguire costing 20mil more than when mourinho wanted him is crazy but needed.
    Midfield is shocking.
    Forwards lacking.

Europa is now their only hope for a trophy

We’ve got Everton in 4 weeks & United in 6.

Could easily be the last game for both managers.

They always blame Woodward he is a scapegoat imo. Does his job well I’m sure he doesn’t have final say on transfers so don’t know why he gets all the stick.

Depends who Utd can get. Right now who would leave their current job for them? Poch might but who else?

Utd have a dire squad atm. So as much as Ole isn't good enough and I said that from the very beginning, sacking him just papers over the fact that they are paying players like Lingard 150k a week when they are decidedly average. Their squad needs a HUGE overhaul and it will cost the best part of 500 million well spent to even get them back in the top 4 regularly again.

You are sure or you know?

Woodward isn't the actual problem but he is part of it.

I don't necessarily think DoF is the answer as it is just another level of scapegoat.

    why?

if say it's because he's not delivered on many of the last 3 managers targets due to his own opinions on value.

and frankly he's not a football man really so that kind of attitude gets you in trouble.

So who picks all the big target men that Utd have ended up getting rid of?

Who denied mourinho the cb he asked for?

Who made the call to pay Sanchez that much to play piano?

who's decided that midfield is good enough or that you could sell or loan your forward reserves (expensive reserves) with no replacement.

now, I'll be the first to admit Liverpool have had a great ride under klopp compared to the near disastrous efforts before that.

I find it coincidental that ayre was moved out and Edwards made technical director supporting klopp who will listen to all and make good calls.

Utd on the other hand just handed a keeper who said he was happy throwing one in each game last year 300k or whatever per week. awb and Maguire might do well, it might be a start but it's going to be a tough ride until a strong enough team emerges.

    I will be honest.

Too much nonsense to be able to respond properly chief.

Not least the shoehorning in of LFC into the conversation.
