I totally agree that the rule about having to do the ground again after a team re-enters the Football League is bullshit, even though it's yet to happen to me.

I personally count pre-season friendlies, otherwise 34/92 would become 30. I'd have to remove Walsall, Shrewsbury, Notts County and Port Vale. Solihull and Forest Green were also pre-season, the latter I shall most likely be adding to the 92 next season at this rate.

Last seasons new grounds in RED

Not a bad effect last season managed to tick off 12 new grounds, mostly in the non league and 2 revisits of Middlesbrough's Riverside Stadium and Wembley for Saints's League Cup appearance.

The biggest highlight for me was seeing my team play in the San Siro, shortly followed by the Italian Derby a few days later when AC Milan took on Juventus in a near full house.

Revisiting Wembley was nice but when you concede 3 goals your never going to win a Cup Final, the thrill of finally visiting the Olympic Stadium was great especially when you win 3-0 there even though its not quite a real football stadium.

Highlights of the Non League must be ticking off York and visiting the city around the ground which was just beautiful. I enjoyed the set up and quirkiness of Sutton and a big shout out must go to North Ferriby United who's population of 3,893 according to Wikipedia must be proud of the fight they put up to the last day even though they were demoted anyway.

Over the last 2 years I've ticked off a lot of grounds with Eastleigh on their travels and as we go into 2017/18 I find myself with only 4 left to do AFC Flyde, Ebbsfleet United, Leyton Orient and Gatehead (if fixtures don't clash with Saints). So Im thinking for next season Im going to hit the remaining non league grounds around my area like Bath, Frome, Worthing, Whitehawk etc to build up the visits.

I'm currently on 133 and with 12 done last season I would love to end next season on 150 although with possibly moving to a house moneys going to be tight, might be doing a trip to Northern Ireland and again Scotland too to get some games in so fingers crossed might get there.

I was on 80-odd when I first posted on this thread, aged 17.

I've now risen to 126. 40-ish in ten years. :(. Bloody children.
