What’s our bet then? @scunnymadandy
F*cking sick of drawing and scoring no more than a goal a game. Yes it’s good we are always scoring, but one a game lately is no good. Our defence isn’t good enough to see a game out with a 1-goal advantage.
On to in-form Scunthorpe next so hope we can sort out the shit we’ve had to put up with lately and get a much needed 3 points.
We’ve got Chris Solly who came through the academy and is in his testimonial year now.
Great win for Charlton today, probably won’t pick up an easier 3 points all season though in fairness. If we can keep Williams fit, the automatics aren’t out of reach. Should have Cullen and Aribo back in the next week or two and that is some seriously brilliant midfield for L1.
Thanks Wycombe for beating Donny too!
That's a great result for Charlton. i work with an Addicks fan and texted him after the game, he's not replied yet so probably in shock!
@AdzSAFC bet you’re dreading next Saturday.
EAT SLEEP WIN EVERY WEEK REPEAT
Luton have given us 1,032 tickets for next Saturday, it's a shit hole of a ground, really poor facilities, the chance you can be stuck behind a beam & not see much of the game, if you have too much beer before game starts combined with weak bladder toilet facilities are lacking, despite this & with the fact that 75 minutes travel our nearest away day I'm not going, but then there's the internet, 2 clicks £39 ticket including coach & off you go.
Moral of this story, don't drink too much Chilean White early on a Saturday & ban the ****ing internet, evil thing
Oh ffs did you win again
Got myself a new T-shirt for next Saturday
Got one for you as well @JoshBCFC
We’ll tear you apart as easily as we did at the Stadium of Delight x
Lee Probert cost us 2 points on Saturday. Couldn’t believe what I was witnessing at the SOL. The officials pretty much got all of the big decisions wrong, and the one player who should have been sent off wasn’t. The penalty decision was quite incredible too. The amount of points we’ve lost to the incompetence of referees makes me think it just isn’t going to be our season. I have a funny feeling none of the current top 3 will end up in the top 2 come the end of the season.
Danny Hylton will get his red rescinded mind, as will Maguire.
Yeah, I expected to win but not so comfortably.
Hadn’t realised that Shrewsbury had only lost once in 18 home games before yesterday so that makes it even more pleasing.
Next saturday should be good, like being back in the championship with 2,000+ Mackems letting WMS and others rip. Its up to us to stand up to them on and off the pitch.
Anyone coming by Train and going for a beer most of the pubs are friendly enough on the walk to the ground, a lot of away fans go in the Blue Bell(Wetherspoons)which is alright. I drink in Class 6 which is a nice little bar next to Lidl on Donny Road.
I've seen both incidents a couple of times, neither have a case to answer to in my opinion, unless the clubs want to risk punishment being extended to 4 games rather than 3 if they lose the appeal.
Wonder how bad b'day boy dale4evers hangover is this morning ?
Their lad on loan from Man U scored a cracker yesterday, 128 away fans at London Road, OK turnout , long trip , shit seating & only 110 less than Scunny brought less than 2 hours away few weeks back.
Something near 7,000 would be nice, I’m trying to get a few extra mates along. After 4 wins in a row I’d expect decent sales this week because everyone is buzzing and spreading the word.
I’ve watched both a couple of times and genuinely can’t understand how either are red, the Luton penalty gets worse everytime I see it too. Lee Probert needs to hand his head in shame.
Wish I was going as one of the closer away days, but pals are busy so no go. Should be a more even affair after the game at the SoL earlier this season.
