Unless Coventry win 6-0 on Saturday we'll still be in 2nd spot come 5 PM even though our game at Ipswich has been postponed :D

Well it just wasn't the right loan for him at all really, he went to a very successful side and wasn't too suited to them. It's best for him to just get regular football even if it means him stepping down to League 1, at one stage not too long ago he looked the big hope for Wales but now he's got so much competition in that position and has a lot of work to do to get back in the mix.

I just read that another bid to buy Wycombe came in from a group of ex international players including Dennis Bergkamp, Henrik Larsson and Dirk Kuyt with a view to "Catapulting Wycombe to stardom" :roflmao Our chairman was sceptical so went with American Peter Couhig instead but it all depends on a vote of trust members later this month is accepted by 75% which i hope he gets. I really don't want our club run by famous ex players or we'll be hated like Salford who have bought promotions.

I hope so would be very awkward for Barton when Sunderland play Fleetwood.

If that were the case I would actively encourage Stendel to stick the nut on him as soon as they see each other.

Looking forward to this afternoon , what us old school supporters class as 1 of our 2 proper derbies.

Have no idea what the score will be , think the Imps are bringing 3k plus so should be decent crowd , would say atmosphere but we're a quiet lot normally , enjoy your day if you're off to watch your team :thumb

Looking forward to watching Quest tonight & will be surprised if either of our sublime goals today aren't in the running.

Was impressed by Lincoln , better team in the 1st half , the extra man in midfield taking control of Plan A Fergies diamond.

2nd half a few tweaks & we were marginally the better team , then Fergie brought Eisa off & brought on ex Grimsby man Siriki Dembele who immediately changed the game, quality 20 yard strike from Reed ( a deserved 2 yellows & red later on ) & sublime lob by Toney .

Lincoln went gung ho when we went down to 10 , brought Akinde on & our goalie Pym made a couple of smart saves for Posh to let me down on my both teams to score coupon ( cvnts )

It's the only hope in hell we have of getting to round 2.

I'm awaiting Bowers & Pitsea making the 1st round (they have a very favourable draw) then meeting Southend. There's the TV game right there and the way we are playing Bowers would be firm favourites to win the tie.

Get in!! We're still in 2nd after Sunderland only had 1 shot on target and that didn't come until the 92 minute but Allsop tipped it onto the bar. :bananadance

An away win for Posh which has surprised me as we had 3 first teamers either injured , ill & suspended out, bit gutted I didn't go as it didn't rain & Gillingham away is the cheapest pub beer in the division.

No mate too ill to travel unfortunately, i'm in Somerset 115 miles from Adams Park so i listened to it on I Follow.
My cousin who was there rang me at F/T as he always does and gives a fair assessment of games and he said we did deserve the win and that you were poor, plenty of work to do for Parkinson it seems just give him time.

Back on track with a good win today!
Totally in control after Dieng saved their penalty. Whiteman dominated everything in midfield, Taylor and Daniels with very impressive performances too

Shout out for a Ben Sheaf, lad on loan from Arsenal who is improving every game. Wasn’t impressed with him in the first couple of games but he’s really coming on
