My god we are so poor on home soil. Any team that wants anything off us at new york stadium just needs to put 11 men behind the ball and sneak a goal or two on the break because we just cannot break teams down

Gareth Ainsworth has become the longest serving manager in the top 4 divisions in England after Jim Bentley resigned as Morecambe boss, f*ck me after the near disaster of 2014 when we were close to returning to The Conference i never thought he'd still be manager 7 years after he was appointed after Gary Waddock got sacked.

Could well be your No.1 next season, we’re lucky to have him.

Maybe, hard to tell yet. Depends how Bentley does and what league we're in, assuming we don't go up and Bentley's form doesn't plummet like a stone I can see him going to another Championship club next season

That'll be going down in folklore a bit like beating Marseille in a pre season friendly , ok it's only the EFL Trophy ( or whatever it's called these days ) but !

Bolton get back to back wins by scoring all 4 goals & smashing Man City 3-1 & unlucky Donny who took Man You to the 94th minute before they got a 2-1 win , must have been Donny's B team with Alfie May on the scoresheet !

Alfie’s actually been really solid for us this season. He’s never going to be a match winner but he’s a great guy to have in the dressing room and does the hard work that can free a bit of space up for other players

I'm just generalising on what I've heard Donny fans say about him.

I've seen him play 2/3 times & he always gives his all , a bit lightweight & easy to knock off the ball but tries & that's the main thing .

Early days . Can you keep it up? I was not impressed with either my side of yours when we met. League One for you. You grind the results out and I am loving it personally.

Results fairly kind to us today. Need to capitalise on it on Tuesday now.

Seen the extended highlights and had to laugh at Shrews defender Ro-Shaun Williams trying to take on The Beast in injury time he'd have got battered by 16 stone of solid muscle :laugh:

Haven’t seen our highlights, and don’t know if any of you were subjected to lengthier highlights, but yesterday’s game was so poor. One moment of quality in Hume’s cross and O’Nien’s diving header but otherwise a droll affair.

Southend look like they’re improving defensively under Sol Campbell but they offered very little threat going forward.

    :smackhead

Above sums up being a Posh fan .

A mate put £5 on us at 80/1 to score 100 League goals or more , could be a wise wager !

Toney , Eisa & Maddison have scored 33 League goals between them this season .

The whole of Man City's squad have scored 34 :D

Will you be able to keep all 3 in January do you think if decent bids are made by a Championship club?
