We have 3 co owners now , Darragh has 50% & the other 2 Canadians the same amount between them.

We've just bought the ground back off the Council for a reported £8 Million ( now we're going to knock it down & build a new shiny one ) concerts , boxing , mma in Summer months with built in hotel & casinos.

We turned down 7 bids in Summer for Toney £1.75 million to £4 ( Charlton )

Toney has 2 years , Eisa 3 years Maddison out of contract in June but with a £2.5 million release clause.

Don't think anyone will go in January .

If we aren't playing Championship football next season ( Fergie usually gets us up in his 1/2nd year of his tenure ) then Marcus will go on a Free.

We also turned down £2 million for 16 year old Ricki Jade Jones , a lightning quick striker who Spurs bid for so it shows a statement of intent for the 1st time in ages , it's a shame our defence is sh*te , could scupper our season !

£4 seems a bit of a cheeky bid from Charlton!!

I’ve backed one of Toney and Eisa on my anytime goalscorer bets every week for the last 6 weeks and it’s worked a treat:laugh:

    I don't think so.

He's had one season in L1 where he's scored double figures.

    edit: ahh gotcha :fail:

Make sure you back both on December 26th

I've backed the Cumdog at 23/10 Betfair anytime scorer for tomorrow.

Sadlier & Taylor ripped us apart , our old players always seem to raise their game against us so a Cumdog goal & a Posh Win or Draw will do me !

Not playing well at the mo but still hanging in there. We’ve already seen both physically stronger and more cohesive sides football-wise than us but we do seem to have that bit of extra which can, sometimes, dig us out of a hole. Injuries haven’t helped but we do need to improve as a side if we’re going to stay at the top.

Quite an eye-opener to see just how many chances you can give up in this league and still get away with it.

2 wins out of 3, honestly thought we wouldn’t get 1! Performances have been pretty decent of late and we were very unlucky not get anything from Wycombe! Things are on the up, I back us for the top 10 this season.

As predicted in the League 1 game a home win for the Salops , along with Oxford & Coventry 1 of our bogey teams & well done keeping our strike force quiet despite Maddison missing a penalty & playing 8-1-1 the last 20 minutes , am disappointed the Cumdog didn't score , I had a £5 at 23/10 , gutted

Toney got his 5th yellow so will miss the Burton game , it's ages until our next League game , a trip up the road to Stevenage on Saturday ( we'd sold just over 1,400 of 1,800 as of yesterday morning probably why only 252 at Salops though our support is p*ss poor anyway , then Scumbridge at home in the EFL Trophy or whatever it's called these days just one more thing .

    Fergie Out

It'll soon be January , Darragh's culling month even if you are in the play offs , just ask McCann & Evans , weird stuff !!!

Did you go to the game? Just a few things I’d like to comment on/challenge:

Gutted Cumdog didn’t score against your team? I wouldn’t do any kind of bet against my own team let alone ‘be gutted’ if it didn’t come off.

What a shite penalty from Maddison which was well saved by Murphy on his league debut, I expected better.

We were relatively comfortable in seeing that game out the last 10 mins, it was hardly 8-1-1 like against Sunderland, I think we were in control for most of the 5 minutes injury time too, we were more likely to get a 2nd in that game than you equalise.

Toney’s 5th yellow card? Our fans and players got him hook line and sinker  He was all fired up and lost the plot what a fool.

Well done to Darren Ferguson for basically saying Shrewsbury were the better team. On a side note, the ref had a good game although he did fail to give a free kick when your player chipped down Whalley down the left wing right in front of me despite getting no where near the ball in the last 10 mins or so.

More than likely no League One game until the 23rd for us.

No I didn't go to the game , finished work at 5.30 & couldn't be arsed to pushbike to Shrewsbury for the 7.45 kick off

As for the 8-1-1 was from another honest Joe our the reporter on Radio Cambridgeshire who also echoed your comments about Toney being frustrated & getting a soft yellow , with his new child he'll probably look forward to the weekend off , they also mentioned that going 4-4-2 traditional playing with more width didn't work , Maddison"s penalty was sh*t in fact other than Thompson who came in for Mason the whole Posh team was sh*t you deserved the win but weren't much better but deserved the 3 points .

As for Cumdog scoring against us , each to their own fella , for me football is a bit of fun I'm not gonna cry if we lose , most of my comments are tongue in cheek , even if I lose a few Bob backing an old player to score against us , & lastly , good luck for the season .

We also paid £27 at Rochdale last night. Is it some kind of reciprocal thing? Dunno. Pricey though.

So Rochdale took the p*ss as well? :angryfire I'm sure we didn't pay that much earlier in the season when we won 3-0 there.

Ivan Toney’s record against Shrewsbury after being sent back to Newcastle but also after claiming he’s “too good to play for Shrewsbury”

    Played 7
    Won 0
    Drawn 2
    Lost 5
    Penalties conceded 2
    Red Cards 1

Ivan Toney what a wanker
