He's not featuring as much as i would like him to (but then again the team is doing well) - but when he does play he looks good. Certainly doesn't look out of place and hasn't done anything wrong. Looks very energetic and someone the fans like.

I suspect if he keeps patient and keeps doing well when called upon he'll get his chance.

Is something fishy going on here? Have we played the system a bit? Giles didn’t get his call up to England Under 20’s as he was injured. Cumdog and Goss didn’t get get their Aussie and N.Ireland call ups. Grenada name Norburn in their squad for the very first time as he has Grenadian Grandparents, pulls out due to a viral infection the day of the game but Grenada still name a 23 man squad :hmmm

    Norburn Out Of Internationals

If you've got a game tomorrow , then enjoy yourselves & good luck.

Was contemplating going to see our 2nd City team Peterborough Sports v Bromsgrove Rovers but can't be ar*ed so Cheltenham on the telly & flicking over to Sky 409 for score updates for me.

My word, I remember him tearing us a new one when he played for Colchester around twenty years ago. Some player back then.

    38.

Probably reach for the Ibuprofen after doing a back flip these days

Should be a goal fest , also about twice as far to get to than London Road & in the shadiest part of the City down the Lincoln Road.

Posh have put a £13 Million price tag on Ivan Toney  to put off the likes of Burnley & Bournemouth , he's only worth about £9 Million

Him & Marcus Maddison have allegedly also been spotted at Derby County's training ground according to some t*at on London Road. Net forum , the things people come up with when there's a weekend of no football , thanks Bury !

Pierre and Beckles are homebound after Grenada qualified for the gold cup. They’ll be available for the Bradford game. MASSIVE BOOST!

In a weird way I'm looking forward to Tuesday's game. Seems a lifetime ago since the Exeter game and have a feeling it'll be a good game. Don't think it'll quite top our cup replay with Peterborough last season though...

50 yard Toney goal in a 4-4 draw , our best result against you guys last year .
Why is Eoin Doyle on loan to Swindon from you lot & not in your team ?

Some proper football on Sky in an hour with Tranmere playing Wycombe they're 2nd meeting in 8 days & they'll be thoroughly sick of each other after the Cup replay on Wednesday.

Should be a tight game , all the home teams won yesterday , the kiddie from Coventry pretty much wrapped up November's goal of the month & my 10/1 each way ante post bets Rotherham are in stride now & in the play offs & what's happened to Lincoln , I thought they'd be up there , but sinking like a stone !

F/T Tranmere 0 Wycombe 2 and a deserved win, we bossed the 1st half and Tranmere the 2nd but our defence was outstanding with Darius Charles easily MOTM. 7 points above Coventry in 3rd place so the cider will continue to be drunk in my front room for quite a while yet  :bananadance :drunk13

Great win, the fact Bayo can still last 90 minutes at 37 is amazing, I'd have never thought that when I first watched him play for us in pre season in 2005 when he was only 23.

When we signed him after Wimbledon released him my first thought was wtf? I didn't know that much about him but he engages with our fans and does a lot for local community groups and looks after our younger players on and off the pitch he's an absolute star in everything he does.
As he you say he's 37 and scored his 50th League goal for Wycombe today and us Wycombe fans love him it will be interesting to see how much longer he can keep playing and scoring goals for Wycombe.

Yeah he'll be a great player to have in your squad. At this level, he and Lee Trundle were such a good strike partnership under Kenny Jackett. He's been brilliant for every club he's played for, which takes some doing given how many clubs he's been at. I thought he was done by the time he'd joined you, but he's just kept going. As he's never relied on pace, maybe he can keep going still for another couple of seasons who knows?

2 seasons ago the year we got promoted to League 1 in a game at Adams Park against Forest Green he went on a run that was hilarious to watch and he was so knackered his shot had less power than a granny but the keeper still spilled it and Luke O'Nein tapped in the rebound. Look it up on youtube you'll p*ss yourself laughing
