Think I’m firmly mid-table fodder now after my spate of top scores

Did you go up to Newcastle in the week for Cup replay ?

Have you got your breath back climbing all those stairs ?

I did, that’s a lot of steps... similar to Sunderland but probably a little higher up if I’m correct? We sadly gifted them 3 goals first half, otherwise gave a decent account of ourselves.

There's a lift at Sunderland to get in , can't remember Newcastle.

But there's a reason there's more steps to climb at Newcastle than Sunderland , Newcastle are MASSIVE in comparison

I attended a Cup match at Valley Parade (BCAFC) a couple of years back ......... Only seats available were 'Up with the Gods' at the very top of the main stand ! Just as we'd finished our 'hike', and entered the arena - still a further 25 steps to go ..... not many, perhaps, but Hell were they steep ! Once I sat down, I all but drained my two inhalers ! Scaling Kilimanjaro would have been less effort ..........
Even with my specs on, the teams looked like Subbuteo players ! ..........:D
