Having lost a couple of QPR loanees, we (Swindon) have got one back. Again. Ben Gladwin, who was with us and did well enough to get a move to QPR but seems to have stagnated there.

And today we've signed 3 kids from Chelsea. Charlie Colkett, Islam Feruz and Fankaty Dabo. Im not going to pretend Ive any idea if they are any good.

Hopefully some experienced players might come in over the rest of the week and we can stop being bloody awful.

We've brought in Alex Gilliead on loan from Newcastle. No idea if he's any good or not. Can't see him being a regular starter to be honest.

Jed Wallace on loan to Millwall for the season. Hopefully they can make it permanent in the summer. Awful footballer.

I think that is extremely harsh, even if you saw every one of his 15 appearances for Wolves. Besides, looking at the Wolves forums, the consensus seems to be that he has talent but the jump from the fourth tier to the second was too much, too soon.

Anyway, we know what he's about down here. He'll be back in the Championship soon, I think, with or without us. Very talented player who needs a run of games -- something he was never going to get consistently in the second tier at this stage of his career. Very, very pleased it is with a view to a permanent move, too.

Champions League finalist too! Good experience for some of the team at Bury, do you think he will help massively?

You've definitely seen a different player to the one we had last season. IMO the difference between us being a top 10 side to a play off certainty. Hope I'm proved right...

We've signed Robbie Muirhead off Hearts for an undisclosed fee. Doesn't look anything too special, probably just a standard League One quality striker but still better than Nicky Maynard and more needed depth in that position. Also signed Harvey Barnes on loan from Leicester, supposedly a promising youth player there and looked impressive today and scored a decent goal.

Still need more players in though, defensively we're very lacking both on the sides and in the middle and could do with another striker.

Big guy I understand. Someone needs to take the stick Sharpe gets, hope it works.

Think it's a very clever signing and he's perfect for Sharp. Wells scored a hatful when playing alongside Hanson as he creates space and wins so many headers.
He got a lot of stick here as he missed a lot of chances but he did a lot for the team both defensively and offensively. Scored some of the biggest goals in our history too. Wish him luck.

Nahki had the pace to run after the flick-ons, I don't think Sharp has that. I expect Hanson to get more grief over there then he did here.

Sharp is lethal with anyone in the box. Any knock down from Hanson he'll be on to it.
None of our strikers since Nahki left have had any sort of goalscorer instinct.

I'm not saying Hanson will be a world beater for them. But he gives them something they don't have and I think he'll make an impact.

Maecky Ngombo signed on loan from Fortuna Düsseldorf. Looks interesting, very pacey up-and-coming striker and Belgian U21 international.

If Clough goes Bolton have had a shocker!

Very happy with our TW, I'd say our strongest 11 is (4-2-3-1) Doyle; McMahon McArdle NKP Mez; Vince Cullen; Marshall Clarke Law; Wyke (Sattelmaier; Hanson; Darby; Dieng; Gilliead; Hiwula; Jones). Can't wait for these next three months...
