That is a fair point, but for the money paid the player should be able to function in different systems. He just looks off the pace, as well as not mentally up to the task being asked of him.

I remember their game against Sheffield United away last season I think, and a few times he would break well from deep and looked threatening. He doesn't look capable of even that anymore.

Be nice if Leeds didn't keep firing chances 5 metres wide

Confidence no doubt playing a factor. Might be better cutting their losses but they're not going to recoup what they paid for him anyway.

Positive is we’re not losing. And that’s it.

No chance, the 70m was a ridiculous figure. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but you really wonder why they didn't risk it on Zaha. A player with plenty of PL experience and a point to prove.

He just seems to let games drift by, pulls out of challenges. Not good, at all. He at least has set piece delivery in his favour, but when the chance came he let Ceballos take it!

My only hope is we’re waiting for Leeds to punch themselves out.

    and it's behind closed doors.

Blessing for your fans. It'll be fun when teams are doing this to you at the Emirates in front of 60,000

And that red card is exactly what VAR should be being used for. A blatant, very straight forward red card that was off the ball behind the referee's back so they couldn't have seen it. Keep it for stuff like this, bin it for the tight offsides and debateable handballs.
