I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, though his own look of surprise after seeing where it went does make me wonder

Well a defeat saw Jose gone against Liverpool.

Hopefully you smash United and the embarrassment will wake the board up.

Obviously won't but 1 can hope.

I did say Leicester's defence was leaky so I was half right in my prediction, I didn't realise how bad United are at the back :laugh:

Think United need someone to control the ego's in the team, they should get Conte asap whilst he's a free agent.

Yeah, reckon a comfortable defeat against Liverpool will push him out.

Really is something this side under him these last few seasons. Stretches of looking unstoppable, and then stretches of looking utterly shite. Really strange.

    Not a chance, unfortunately.

(Although if it follows a defeat v Atalanta in midweek . . . :hmmm)

Interesting. Atalanta managed to win like 2-0 at Anfield last season but iirc they were turned over like 5-0 away?

They'll definitely have opportunities to hit you on the break

True, but on the commentary I had they said Evans was playing his first game since April, yet he looked pretty decent, whereas Maguire looked like he hadn't played for a year.

And Fred looks decent when he plays for Brazil. Pogba for France. Ronaldo supposedly needed a rest before the break, but then scores a few with Portugal. Etc,etc. Common denominator here is ole and our coaches

United are clearly a worse side with Ronaldo, our defence had all day to pick their passes and start the build up

A very welcome Leicester win, for once. Cracking result for them and to be fair a much needed one for them, result and performance wise.

I know I do say it a lot but what’s happened to AWB?! I know he’s never been that good attacking wise but he was solid defensively at least.

We'll be lucky to get 6 pointa from our next 6 games. I actually have a horrible feeling we're going to be on the wrong end of a cricket score next week.

Bringing him back was a mistake imo they thought he'd be the one to turn them into title challengers but just look at his Juve stint he scored goals yeah but he didn't exactly take them up a level. No denying he'll probably end up with 20 goals but I'd argue Cavani would too with the same minutes but he actually contributes more over a 90min game.
