Three parts and it's coming, Chloe Price and Rachel Amber. Ready for the mosh pit shaka brah! @Adam
What do you make of it being a prequel minus the time power?
This isn't being made by Dontnod. It's a 3rd party, that's why it's a prequel. Dontnod are working on LIS2.
Also the voice actor for Chloe from LIS is not in this due to the actor's strike.
The new actress does a very good approximation, I'm not sure I'd have noticed it immediately but paying attention you can tell it's off. I'm just happy there's some new content between now and S2.
I can't help but wonder what S2 will be like if it truly does have no connection to S1.
Ashly Burch is too old to play a younger Chloe anyway. She's helping with Chloe's lines, so it'll just be her with a different voice p much.
If the story is interesting enough I'm not that bothered about the time power loss, it'll just mean a screw up is a screw up forever.
It's a prequel though so you can't really screw up that badly lol.
No more bay or bae, what a travesty.
Having just completed Life is Strange (thanks Steam sale), I'm quite eager for this one. Curious to see how it plays out without the time travel aspect.
The Rachel character backstory interested me from the first game too.
I'm half and half on whether it's good to give Rachel's backstory. I kind of liked the mystery of the character and how you only ever saw her through the eyes of other people. She could be whoever you wanted her to be.
Yeah that's a fair point actually. I wonder how it'll go in this game.
Chloe seemed to idolise her, and she seemingly got along with everyone... wonder how she'll actually play as a character.
Be interesting. If she's a huge bitch though it'd totally unravel the story so I assume she'll be flawed but charming and naive.
I wonder if Jefferson will make a major appearance.
Go ape, go ape, go ape!
Almost time to get playing!
I also know the ending has been leaked, not even going to think of looking for it. Screw that.
Downloading now shaka brah
She comes across more bipolar than anything else so far, but an understandable kind. It's weird seeing a younger Victoria as well.
How is it?
I'm not getting it until my birthday in November when I'm going to get the £20 edition with all the episode passes and extras etc. So no spoilers please, but how was E1?
have they got a story from beginning to end planned or are they going to meander for as long as it makes money and Game of LOST the final season?
I don't think i'd enjoy these at all if I wasn't getting youtuber commentary throughout.
Sorry Adam, I missed this: starts off slow then builds. Takes a little bit of time to adjust to the new Chloe voice, then it hits you with a proper emotional right hook near the end.
The voice actors strike is finally over as an agreement has been reached so I'd assume the original Chloe will be back for any other instalments in the series.
Ashley Burch annoys the hell out of me, so now I'm used to it I'm not all that bothered.
I don't know anything about her save she also voiced my favourite Borderlands 2 character.
