That doesn’t surprise me, there has been a fair few crosses where Salah and Bobby should’ve done much better. Some outstanding stats for our full backs over the past 18 months though.

hmm just watched on MOTD, how long is your keeper going to be banned for or is no ban?

    the sub keeper seemed dodgy.

He is banned for the Merseyside derby on Wednesday and that’s it.

Adrian did a great job when Alisson was out injured. He’s doesn’t give the same confidence as Alisson obviously but he’s been a good addition.

I think it’s more down to the fact that you get very little time with players at international level so managers tend to try and stick with players they’ve worked with rather than bringing in new faces when players are in or out of form and having to work them into the side.
A bit lazy maybe, or probably actually not that bad an idea.
I also think the biggest (only) thing going against him is that he’s 28, and while that isn’t particularly old, it doesn’t seem to fit with how Southgate picks his players. In the last squad I think only Trippier is older than him and he’s been an England regular for a few years now.

No but I’ll allow Alisson his moment of madness.
