Clinical maybe not the word because we still miss so many chances.
Real good game that. 3-0 is harsh on Palace as they fully played their part.
Sweet finish by Naby and Salah is just mr reliable personified.
Any idea what Thiago's injury is? Hopefully just a precaution.
Bar another horrendous run of injuries, Liverpool are winning this league comfortably.
Great result. Lots of positives to take. Loving the Thiago and Fabinho midfield. Would have liked to see Jota get on the scoresheet .. he is due one.
Palace very refreshing to see them playing a new way, things had got so stale for them under Roy.
Nah it’ll be a tight race to the end between 4 clubs.
Obviously one of those clubs will be Arsenal but who are the other three?
But put a few away in the process. I feel Liverpool are back and it's worrying.
I'd have liked to have seen Jota score a hat trick as he was my captain in Fantasy Football.
Waste of time that was!!
Norwich, Newcastle and Burnley obviously...oops I thought she was talking relegation
Genuinely would love to know the 4 clubs are! @miss_lfc
I can't see City keeping up at all. It's Liverpool, Chelsea about 8 points behind, then City another 8 points again.
Happy with the win and the performance. Konate showed bits of quality, but needs time to get used to the team and league.
Thiago and Fabinho midfield also allows Hendo to be more attacking, and he is quite good on that right side.
This is my first time seeing Vieira's Palace. They look far more enterprising than Roy's side. Could have easily scored few in the first half against us.
Us, City, Utd and Chelsea. All 4 should and IMO will be challenging for the title, and I think it’ll be a tight one.
First half? We missed two absolute sitters in the second.
Yeah meant to write second with Alisson making those saves.
Keita with the sweetest of strikes. Beautiful goal.
Should is the key word there. Don't think either Manchester club will though.
Any update on Thiago's injury? Hoping he going of was just precautionary.
Read he pulled something but can’t find the tweet.
Klopp said it's calf. Didn't know how serious.
Thiago pulled up and was favouring his calf. Hopefully not too bad as he's bloody brilliant.
Glad to see both full backs replaced worked. Tsimikas now he's settled looks a player.
Van Dijk is such a huge threat at set pieces, it's another thing his absence cost us last season and only toward the end did Phillips add something there. With Konate too today he just magnetises players and we're excellent at picking ups second balls. Long may it continue.
Palace ticked over with Hodgson but will be a far more enjoyable team to follow now. Carved out some very presentable opportunities. Gallagher is a narky get but seems a smart player who looks like he's the underrated pick up of their summer.
Ref was useless for both sides I thought.
9 consecutive games scored in against the same team!
Must be a record?
Palace probably unlucky not to get a penalty early on ?
