Difference between City and Liverpool. Liverpool are consistently good, and get the results almost every time they play. City play like the best team in the world one day, and like shit the next. I know which one I prefer. Two losses now and only 8 games in.
Wolves' win today wasn't even against the run. They were the better team. Props and f**k you PR Launderers.
Stevie G knocks Celtic of their perch.
Love this weekend
Nuno masterclass. Happy bloody days.
Blueshite go further into a relegation scrap. All we need now for a full set is a Newcastle win
What the what.
Well done Wolves. Very impressive after a long trip to Turkey.
Wow. WTF??? . Didn't expect that well done Wolves sounds like you deserved it as well.
The blueshite lost too all we need is Steve Bruce to end Ole for the perfect weekend.
To be fair City are also missing their CBs. If Stones, Mendy and Laporte were healthy City would look and play different.
Liverpool weren't that great yesterday and were saved by a bad play giving up a pen. Liverpool were also lucky Shef Utd gave them a goal.
Now that I think about it, your point of being consistently good is wrong. I can think of a lot of games Liverpool weren't good and squeaked out a win much like City usually do. Difference is City don't have a defense this year.
We never got going, too many 5/10, i dont get as upset as i used to with a defeat, shit happens, international break 8 behind lets go again.
Fair play to Wolves came with a plan and it worked.
Thought we were absolutely superb. Played city perfectly, had to do a lot of defending as you'd expect but we restricted them to hardly any clear cut chances and we always looked like we carried a threat on the break.
With the games in Europe and already having played City, Leicester, Everton away and United and Chelsea at home our start all of a sudden doesn't look bad at all, next 2 games are Southampton at home and then Newcastle away and this sets us up beautifully. Reply impressed and deserved the win.
Perhaps I didn't word it correctly. When I say consistently good, I mean we're better than the opposition so do what is required to get the points. I can't think of a league game this season where we weren't the better team, even when we didn't play that well.
Come on ffs, they only had £60m Cancelo to add to £65m Rhodi (already in their side) to replace any injured players. We're missing our £70m goalie.
Nothing to do with injuries, City just don't look right this season.
Must be a sore one this fella ,so I'll respect your space
I'd agree with that then.
Doesn't matter what they could have done. Point still stands they are missing key players and it is showing.
I'm not defending City, I hate them as much as any sane fan but I'm just pointing out the obvious.
If LFC were giving up goals on keeper errors, would you not be pointing at Alison missing?
Great result, fair play Wolves. Our shower of shite are only two points behind City!
That there is mate but if you don't win it from here then you might as well pack it up and give it in, it will be an unadulterated choke.
Adrian has made a few errors, done far better than I thought mind you, but Alisson just brings more reassurance at the back. You could argue Alisson saves Leicesters goal yesterday to be honest mate...although maybe a bit harsh on Adrian as it looked to take a slight deflection.
