    Hi Guys,

Do you love football but hate being overweight, Fat or stuck with those few extra lbs?

There is a Football based weight-loss programme going in Cardiff and since July last year when it started its been doing immense. I joined and in the first 20 weeks I lost 44lbs. A chap Chris joined up November last year andcurrently lost 36lbs to date. So many of the lads are smashing the weight-loss, the programme is called Man v Fat.

So if any of you guys could be interested then pop me an inbox message, I can get you signed up for just £4.99. All we do is all meet up at Leckwith stadium at the incredible facilities, weigh in our teams and then go play 6 a side football. The beauty of this programme is you don't have to be good at football, we have lads of all abilities as you not only score goals on the pitch but score goals off the pitch for you team by losing weight.

Its on a Thursday night 7pm - 80.30pm. We have a football league format and also a cup competition and now launching a Man v Fat national tournament where if selected you can play for Wales against other sides from the UK. So down the line you could end up with a Welsh Cap. That's something to tell the grandkids.

Since joining and losing I've been on TV, Radio, been in the papers with people wanting to know my story and how I did it, well Man v Fat is the answer. The fact we have a qualified nutritionist there with us every week who gives it to us straight on what to eat and what not to eat made is so easy.

So you know I get NOTHING for this, im not after anything I just want to help other men who are like I used to be. Around May 2017 I was 16 stone, forced in to football retirement and ended up stuck in a rut living a boring normal life. So after shedding the lbs im fitter than ever back playing Welsh League Football something I never ever thought would happen. So if I can do it so can anyone.

Here is the link to the Cardiff Website if you want to have a gander - MANvFAT Football

Have a think chaps, but honestly don't dwell too much. The hardest part is signing up the easy bit is then turning up. My only regret is i wish Man v Fat was around 5 years earlier and I would have never ballooned up nearly 4 stone.

So as I said inbox me if your keen or have any questions. You wont regret it.

    Math

I just found this on my phone, Jesus I feel sick looking at myself and what I let myself get like.
Can’t wait for weigh in and football tonight, it’s the Semi Finals of the Cardiff Cup :)
