For the first time I can remember (possibly first time this season) United don't have a midweek game after this one, so no need to be resting anyone. McTominay, Shaw and Maguire all got a rest v Granada so I imagine they are all definite starters, and hopefully Rashford is fit too. I expect Dyche to come for a point, but I'm sure they'll be happy to nick all three on the break if they can.

    Henderson
    Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Maguire Shaw
    Fred
    Rashford McTominay Fernandes Pogba
    Cavani

Henderson, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, McTominay, Pogba, Fernandes, Greenwood, Rashford

Would've played Axel alongside Jerry but other than that, can't complain.

Would've preferred Cavani for his nous in the box against the Burnley defence, but that would've meant Rashford as the only pacey forward so I'm happy enough with Greenwood.

Why is linesman flagging there? Surely they should be letting it go?

Almost straight from the kick off, Burnley put a long ball to the edge of the box. Henderson tried to come out and clear it, but wood got a head to it, sending it over everyone and into the net. Rule offside, but shaw looked to be playing him on by a toe in all honesty

Well poor starts are a theme of this season but that would have taken things up a notch

For all the meticulous planning ole claims we put in, we're caught out often when we play a side like Burnley

Not sure we've done any planning this season considering how little time off the lads have had. Weren't there reports that we only did our homework for spurs on the morning of the match?
