Lucky Man U.
not all the wins will be pretty. take the 3 points and get out of there.
over rated IMHO. Fast and seemingly a nice guy, but an average Premier league striker. Should never be in the England team and if united want to get back to the top, they need better players than him!
After the mess he made as VAR in the Merseyside Derby, David Coutes (sp?) has had another mare tonight! He got the decision spot on for the WBA penalty to begin with. It was nailed on! After the replays, the commentator agreed, Hoddle agreed, ex referee Peter Walton agreed. Coutes then goes and looks at the same replay that we saw and changed his mind, saying there was no foul???
Slightly biassed, even Scholes and Ferdinando were baffled
That was awful but last year we would have lost that and we're now above City with a game in hand against most above us so onwards and upwards.
We should move Bruno to a no. 8 and just play one of Fred, McTominay and Matic alongside with VDB in front. Bruno keeps dropping deep because the pivot can't progress the ball anyway so better to not lose a player further forwards
tbf to west brom, they held spurs to 0-0 until the 88th minute and drew 3-3 with chelsea
Nah, we still had VAR and shit refs last year mate!
Happy to get the win, no matter what. Feelings have already been made clear about the penalties.
Definitely not. I don’t even think West Brom should be in this league based on the football they played last season. Like to see them go back to the championship.
We had more than enough to win this but our finishing was crap.
we could have had a few more goals had we finished those chances and had fred and mata just taken theirs instead of playing dummies or passing it to bruno
3 goals in 5 home League games, and only one was from open play.
Time to change the misfiring forwards.
We won and got a demon of our back
We're usually more clinical than we have been but that will come, I'd rather we create a load of chances and miss than not be able to create chances in the first place.
Solskjaer should be sacked. I can't think of a manager sacked after winning before (if you can count that as a win) based on job performance, but it should happen to Ole.
This charade has gone on long enough. He's done well in his time and can be proud, but things are just turgid.
Cavani looked very sharp when he came on. Worked very hard. I think he should have a run up top now and move Martial out wide.
And he's back! Don't call it a comeback. On your point, though, lvg won the fa cup and was sacked.
Good shout, although I think everyone knew he was off after the final. Not securing 4th sealed that.
Also the shocking Football too.
Shame what happened last night
Our job staying up was a big ask anyway never mind when the officials are against us
Just seen it properly. It was a penalty though nowhere near as bad an "injustice" as is being made out
Good luck WBA as has been said if you get stuff like that going against you its gonna be tough.
