2 more positive tests. (996 tests)
Will the media out them?
Strange 2 were last time but not the other 4 weren't.
I thought the ones with positive results consented to having their identities revealed? The Watford player and Burnley assistant.
Maybe - Mariappa seemed to suggest the media were going to leak his name but yes he talk about it as well.
They were probably hoping it was Deeney !
People have a right to privacy but think it is good for those testing positive to be open about it. No need to hide, there isn't any shame in it if they weren't doing anything erroneous.
2 more apparently tested positive
One of our players has been trolling a fan on Twitter:
A lot of fans from Liverpool, Sheff United, Leeds are really embarrassing themselves through this period on social media. Loads of ridiculous conspiracy theory rubbish etc etc.
In this age of disinformation, it's inevitable.
And just to show it the Mail have done a story and people seem to think Kabasele is trying to make a joke out of the virus and speaking ill of those who died.
He is joking about the allegations made.
And we've had one player test positive...
Others like Deeney are choosing to not train but quite rightly the league won't stop because of that.
Not surprised. He is a black footballer from another country, it's their bread and butter!
2 of them would probably not have their achievement affected even if the season was curtailed.
I'd fully expect Liverpool to be given the title and promotion from the Championship with probably 2 up automatically and they will try to play the play-offs as in League Two.
I'd understand it more if the teams below us were angry!
One of our players (as yet unnamed) has tested positive with covid now

La Liga can resume behind closed doors from 8 June, says Spanish Prime Minister
Spain set to restart La Liga despite having second highest death rate per 100,000 in Europe. (UK = 3rd)
We now go to Troy Deeney for his response.
I don't get it chief?
The whole gist.
